Blend tomatoes and add to sauce pot. Set to low. Start throwing in other ingredients. Allow simmer for about an hour then it thickens (volition start very liquidy), stirring occasionally. Keep tasting and adding as y'all simmer. When it's at the consistency you want, remove from heat, put in container, and put in fridge.
It turned out GREAT. Kind of a mix betwixt ketchup and steak sauce. I'm saving the remainder for tomorrow, another protein twenty-four hour period.
And now that I am stuffed full of burger, and a little cabbage soup… I'yard ready for a nap. It's non as easy equally I thought, beef day. LOTS of fat to cut off, and of course a big os, so… no thought what the final count was, but permit'south just say… I ate a lot of meat. Very full. Information technology feels good. Planning for tomorrow (protein/veggie day): Eggs/cabbage soup veggies for breakfast. Salad with grilled chicken (oil/vinegar) for tiffin. Hamburgers on lettuce for dinner. Veggies for snacking if needed (or soup of course).
